He participated in the last five National Para Swimming competitions- Bangalore, Udaipur, Guwahati, Gwalior and lastly in Goa. And i won at least one medal in each competition.

Some of the issues I noticed in Goa National Para Swimming competition are:

Infrastructure: Swimmers were rotted in the hot sun from classification to assembling for the event. Gwalior was the best.

Pool facilities: One of the floats was mostly submerged. All others

Food: Only lunch was provided for the swimmers. No food services for the caregivers and associates even on payment basis. Guwahati was the best!

Accommodation: Zero arrangements for swimmers to stay. Bangalore and Udaipur were best

VIP treatment: separate hall, food court for VIPs. Nowhere else

Results display: Results were displayed only on the next day of the swimming competition. Nowhere else.

Medals: Many of the second and third day competition medals were handed over to the managers, in bulk- Not to swimmers. Nowhere else.

Time management: Every day significant time was devoted to felicitations of political and organizations leaders. No felicitations at Gwalior.

Billboard: Flooded with political and organizational leaders, though there were few displays of three para swimmers. No billboards except Guwahati.

Final day wait: everyone was asked to wait until 2:00 pm for lunch until the political leaders get felicitated. Nowhere else.
